| Return Policy |

We offer a 30 day return policy on selected items based on the manufacturers
return policies. There are however certain sales in manufacturers products that are
final. Any products that are exceptions to our regular return policy are listed
under the following link and must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Certain opened items carry restrictions regarding returns: All toner cartridges,
business machines (cameras, printers, fax machines, computers, monitors,
calculators, recorders, projectors) , consumable products (food, cleaning
supplies, paper) and especially computer software packages that have been opened may only be returned if there is a
manufacturer defect. Most manufacturers do not allow opened non-defective items
to be returned for credit or exchange.

| Return Guidelines |

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. To
request an RMA#, Click Here. RMA numbers CANNOT be requested over the
phone or via email.

All products to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date of
shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include original
packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by
the manufacturer. If package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied
accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit,
we reserve the right to refuse the return, or apply a restocking fee of up to 15%.
We will not accept returns if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing.

In cases the item is defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. We
realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but please
understand that we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with.
This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement.
The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement.
We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return
shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund,
the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

| Pricing Policy |

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers we retain the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price,
we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation.
You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price,
if you would like.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card,
we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mispriced
products whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
incorrect price.

Orders may take up to forty-hours to process. This is in addition to
actual shipping time. For example an order placed for Next-Day Air, can take up to three
days to receive from the time of the order (processing time + shipping time). Keep this
is mind, when choosing your shipping method.
